I wanted something special to pick up from Mike Allred at OAX. All-Star Superman is my favorite Superman comic. I know Allred will create reimagined covers for commissions so I thought it would be fun to have him create a cover for a Silver Age All-Star Superman annual. He didn't disappoint, what an amazing piece this is. It feels like Mike Allred and Frank Quitely had an art baby. Laura Allred did an incredible job on the color piece as well adding a new dimension of fun and ginchiness to an already spectacular cover. Thanks to Simon at got superpowers for setting it all up. I got a lot of art in Florida at OAX, but I think this one is my favorite, and means the most to me.

Love the classic feel complete with the handlettering and images providing story and intrigue for the issue.

Got to see this beauty in person -- great silver age throwback. The Allreds really held nothing back on this multi-panel concept. The color version is even more amazing -- check out the thumbnail. Congrats Chuck.
