sorry for not taking this one out of the sleeve to take the picture.
i bought this straight from Bob a while back. i don't remember what it was used for. maybe the back of a trading card?
i love that Lex is smoking a cigar though.
kinda the archtype for rich super villians back in the day.
but it reminds me of 80's super powers so i love it

Update- looks like it was a vs card
