I bought this in August 2022 off eBay. It's my 1st McKone piece and 1st classic Spidey suit piece.The original owner I'd purchased it from had gotten on Mike McKone's commission list at San Diego Comic-Con 2008. It's a Homage to Todd McFarlane's ASM #301 Cover. It's done all in pencil on 9x12 Bristol art paper. The details are INSANE!

Originally, I was wanting McKone to ink directly over it, but I think I'm gonna go the Blue Lines route and then have both pieces of art to cherish! Thoughts?

Looks great as is, but McKone could probably tell you if he intended an inker to finish this or if it was meant to stay a pencil piece.

Exactly. That's why I don't want to touch the pencils & leave them as they are. This pencilwork is SO detailed. Any full figure (or bust / torso) commissioned from McKone nowadays at shows are both pencil and ink. AND color if you so choose. It's just an idea. Plus it wouldn't cost the whole kit & kaboodle. The hard part & groundwork is already laid.
