Description

This piece is officially my first piece I commissioned in my art collecting career. I got it through Clan McDonald Comics. They do a weekly live sale on Facebook with Spencer Beck, Sean Chen's rep. Sean appeared & was promoting his Kickstarter project, Evermind. I feel lucky even getting this piece. He was only taking 2 9x12" Commissions and 8 people wanted one. Steven McDonald put the 8 of us all on a Random.Org spin wheel and the rest was history.

Sean definitely went above & beyond on my Spidey Commission. I hold the 2014 Amazing Spider-Man Series as one of my favorite series. It's the series that got me started collecting comics with my first Pullbox. I only asked Sean to add 1 detail and that was to add the Parker Industries building / logo aomewhere in the background. He killed it! He was a real treat to work with and is very accomodating. He is one artist I REALLY want to meet one day!

Killer result for you first commission! Classic Spidey pose and Sean went to town on the background just as much as the Spidey figure! Congrats!
