First of all now that song should be stuck in your head:)

Thanks to Keyword notifications on CAF I was alerted to this page being available. I thought at first that I had missed it at first since Mark didnt contact me till the next day,but it come safely packed per usual with Splash Page Art.

Coming out of the pages of AOA Sabretooth was taken in by the X-Men because he seemed reformed where wolverine had put his claw through his head. It turns out to be a ruse and he gets out and fights with Psylocke (kind of a rematch from Uncanny X-Men 213 I guess this time it's techinaclly Kwanon-if you know you know) and he leaves her for dead. The original X-Men go after him. Sabretooth is how I like him best, wild and not willing to be tamed. On this page, Cyclops saves Beast from a beating by blasting Sabretooth in the chest. I remember this story being a heavier story because the question is asked "Are some people past redemption?" It also had a great wrap around chromium cover so very 90's.

This story leads into Valarie Cooper and the government putting him on the X-Factor team.

Gary Frank's mid 90's art is very cool! This one shot was a showcase of his art that had a wild intensity to it! Perfect for easily unhinged higth energy characters like Hulk, Batman, and Saberooth!

This is a fantastic page, illustrated with striking intensity! The panel progression really emphasizes Creed's imposing presence, leading to that chilling close-up with the unexpected reflection in his eye. Such a great storytelling touch. A stellar piece of Sabretooth art!
