Description

Mail order commission from back in the glorious, affordable art collecting days of the 1990s. I specifically wanted the Silver Age GL, so I mailed Steve a beater copy of an old Gil Kane issue. When I got this piece back (along with my comic) I was beyond happy — Steve walked the tightrope of both channeling GK while at the same time creating a piece in his own signature style.

Steve Rude can draw any character he wants and make that character look exciting and jaw dropping. Superb GL.
