DescriptionDay 04. Thirty-One days of Star Wars (2024 edition) continues!Not just a new panel page post, but six pages in a new gallery! My artist pal David Rabbitte created this six page Star Wars UK Weekly-style for me in trade for an original Star Wars UK Weekly published page by Carmine Infantino and Gene Dey. How it all came about is a longish story. Buy me a drink next time we meet and I'll share it with you! But the short of it is he grew up reading those UK issues, and I knew it was time for that page to move to a new home. We came up with this trade idea to make the whole deal more interesting, and I got my own custom story! David is now digitally inking the pages, and those will be added as they are finished. He pencils in Infantino's style! A really fun trade idea, Jeff. Good on you for working it out. I just realized that today is the 4th, so may it be with you!

He has been leaning that direction for his comic related pieces over the last four or five years. His illustrative style, and when he was painting animation backgrounds was much different, of course. There is a menu button in the top right corner to flip between galleries on his site to see the range of his stylings depending on the project.

Super cool man! I gotta hear the longer version of the story but that's a really fun idea for a trade. Love the custom mini story just for you in the Weekly UK style. Awesome. Happy Star Wars Day!
