Here is the first of two recreations I’ve recently purchased. Recreations are not everybody’s thing, I do understand. But this one being from Fred Hembeck done in the Hembeck style has to be viewed as an exception. And in the Hembeck way it stays true to the actual cover by Neal Adams. From 2002.

It actually seems less weird of a cover coming from Hembeck than it did for Adams who was just making this surreal cover idea to bait readers.
