Scott, this cover was illustrated by British illustrator, Fred Banbery. He's most famous for illustrating the Paddington Bear children's books and drew several other Hitchcock book covers as well as many interior illustrations to accompany at least one collection of Hitchcock short stories.

You're most welcome, Scott! As someone who has also collected vintage book cover art myself, I've had to search and research MANY unsigned pieces over the years and it's always so satisfying to finally find out who to credit as the artist, so I figured you'd appreciate being told who it was and finally be able to add a name to it AND remove this piece from the current folder it resides in!
