DescriptionAs the Betan alien explains to Godzilla the up coming fight we see the first appearance of the Megan’s monster champions :Triax, Rhiahn, and Krollar. I remember being disappointed as a kid when I first read the comic when it came out. I wanted the typical Toho monsters like Rodan, King Ghidorah or Anguirus but of course I didn’t understand copyright law back then lol. By issue 14 they were all killed off and Godzilla remains as King of the monstersAnother page that doesn’t have any action but is used to set the stage for the next 2 issues that is filled with Kaiju mayhem. Even after many years I still enjoy Trimpe’s original take on the aliens and monsters Social/Sharing |

it's funny what annoys us as kids can sometimes be appreciated in a more contextual/intelligent way as adults, another great Trimpe page from this issue!

A great set up for the match ups to come! If we can't beat him with one, send three! Just ike his Hulk comics, Trimpe places impossible odds against the hero monster to overcome.
