I participated in the recent CAF Live commission opportunity, and I have to tell you I am very pleased with the end result. It was exciting to wait and see which artist you ended up getting, and I even second guessed my character request for Doctor Doom (I tend to do that sometimes with commissions, I think I rush myself when I see that the opportunity is available).

I thought that the whole thing was a total success after seeing the majority of the finished pieces on last week's update. It also allowed you to receive a commission from an artist that you might not have selected or been aware of. I can't honestly say I would have commissioned Roby Amor, but this is a sick Doctor Doom pencil piece! It has made me seek out his work and become familiar with his art style.

I definitely plan on taking part in this again in November, and I would say go for it if you passed on this last opportunity.

Totally worth it for the value you are getting for the fine Amor pencil work in lines and tonal texturing. The powerful presence is fully on display.

Yeah, the Comic Art LIVE sketch opportunity was a great idea and I'm glad I participated in it as well. This is an outstanding Doom!

Dig that menacing pose!

Roby knows his way around a pencil and has an intuitive design approach. Definitely one to watch!
