DescriptionI was going to wait a few days to post this, but since it's Alan's birthday, what the heck.Beautiful, modern page by Alan Davis and Mark Farmer. The imagery of Jean and Rachel is lovely, but it's the dialog, as a parent, that gives you the feels! I found out latter the image of Jean was used in toy packaging for Marvel Girl! Social/Sharing |

A crystal from which your parent appears and gives you advice? They should keep it safe. I don't know. Like a fortress of solitude or something. And lock it up with a giant heavy key.

Wonderful Davis page to celebrate his birthday, and a page that had multiple uses is Xtra cool. Great Jean panel art.

Would have been great as a Mother's day post. Davis and Farmer wring out all the emotions from Claremont's script making them all Marvel Legends!

Poignant and emotional pages are far more interesting to me than straight out action pages, so this is definitely right up my alley. Wonderful stuff!

Beautiful moment between Rachel and Jean (in an interesting mash-up of her Phoenix and Marvel Girl outfits) that culminates in that last panel. Congrats!
