Description

A fun eBay pickup from a little while back! I just have such a soft spot for these older pencil pieces of Jeff's, and Supergirl is perfectly suited to his style, even if she never got to be a Legionnaire while he was working on the comics.

I love the use of foreshortening here, making it seem like Supergirl's about to spring right out of the page! Jeff even took it a step further by using a little less detail for her boots to really sell the perspective. The background is beautiful, too - I love how Jeff blends his usual geometric elements with some softer, airier clouds.
