Description

I have over time come to love several issues from various comics. Uncanny X-Men 183 by John Romita Jr. Uncanny X-Men 213 by Alan Davis, Excalibur 3 also by Alan Davis, Uncanny X-Men 201 by Rick Leonardi. Uncanny X-Men annual 9 by Arthur Adams. A lot of X-Men related stuff. I also adore the Machine Man mini series by Barry Windsor-Smith, the Wolverine mini-series by Frank Miller.

Another story arc I really enjoyed though was the Dracula related issues by the incomparable Bill Sienkiewicz. I have never managed to get anything from the actual issues but I have now asked a few artists to reimagine the cover for me. I hope you enjoy these as much as I do.

Those were groundbreaking issues and a big change of pace to the superhero style that a second Cockrum stint would continue. The gothic horror style of this is amazing! McKone brings strong colors as usual, but the backgrounds have that light touch that can't be beat!

Love the tower with piling bodies, great McKone art. I have the same effect of piling bodies from a cover I got from him a few weeks back. You have great art taste ;-)
