Description

Peach Momoko's beautiful take on Jean Grey as Phoenix for her new series. Watercolor & Ink. I love this as an unusual look for the character, and Peach's watercolors are gorgeous.

In addition to being a variant cover on the first print run, it was also a 1:25 "virgin" variant on the second print run.

This has to be one of Peach's nicest covers this past year. While it feels like a lot of artist go straight for a fiery Phoenix aesthetic, Peach goes another direction. Love how the vegetation and hummingbirds flow so well with her outfit.
