DescriptionAmazing Spider-Man (Peter Parker)Blank Sketch Cover (Amazing Spider-Man #1, 2018) Artwork by Ryan Ottley (sketched/colored at NYCC 2019) I'm not much into doing sketch covers these days but back in 2017, 2018, and even a few in 2019...it was still a big part of my collecting back then, especially at conventions. This was years before I got a proper scanner, so I only ever had somewhat not very good "photos" of these pieces - so I'm going through and doing fresh scans for a select few of these older items to occasionally share to CAF. This one was inspired by Khalil who recently posted a convention sketch by Mark Buckingham of "half Spidey half Peter" which is a familiar Spider-Man trope/look that I also quite enjoy seeing. I had this done by Ryan at NYCC 2019 when he was relatively fresh still on being the lead artist on ASM. I was thrilled with how it came out and got a fun photo of Ryan making a face while holding it (see additional images). Thanks for posting these older pieces! It's always fun to re-discover older pieces from your collection, and Ryan Ottley did a great job with this one!!

Glad you got a proper scan and got it posted here on CAF! Dig Pete's smilin' expression, and really dig the gradient of red. Ottley knows what he's doing! Conngrats!
