Hembeck drawing in the tight atomic belt buckle is very impressive! His art is pretty timeless!

Fred Hembeck could have been an interestng Silver Age artist. I'm not sure that he could have made it as a superhero artist, but he could have done imaginative things with funny animals and more fantastical features.
