Veronica is awakened by her alarm clock and isn't quite "feeling it" today and is under the weather. Def been there! Stay tuned for more pages to find out why and what happens.

Meanwhile Betty shows up downstairs as it's time to head to school and Mrs. Lodge tells her to head upstairs to get Ronnie up and at em!

This issue has a couple fun stories including this 2 part 11-pager story called "Look Who's Not Talking!" written and illustrated by Dan Parent.

This issue was released around late Spring time in 2001 about 23 years ago. I was a junior in high school. Waking up super early and feeling sick, def relatable at the time. Sometimes it was legit and other times I was playing hooky but it is what it is haha!

I'm missing the 3rd story in the issue, a 6-pager called "And The Winner Is...", the "2001 Style" pin-up page, and the Cover. Other than that I've got the rest of the pages from this book, which I'll share to my gallery now that I've been able to scan all the pages!

I have to admit I laughed when I saw the first frame of her waking up at 7 am. I wish I could sleep in till 7 am lol

It's already 8:00am, what's she so tired for? I've typically been in bed for only 2 to 3 hours at this point, so I'd have an excuse for feeling like she does. But she's probably gotten a solid 8 hours in at this point! FUN FACT: You used to play hooky from school, I used to play hockey after school!
