Strong cover from a great run. While it is fairly cliche to say that the scans do not do the original art justice, this seems to be more true than usual for John Cassiday covers. There is a purity of line and form that is so sublime when you hold his covers in your hand that just does not come across so clearly when you look at the scans. Congratulations on an "Astonishing" acquisition!

Agreed this is possibly the last memorable run of the X-Men. And this is the best cover of the run. It looks amazing in your collection!
