DescriptionPicked up this key background of Zartan's swamp lab made for "The Gamemaster," which was episode 26 in season 1 of the G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero cartoon. The background, made by noted Disney artist Andrew Phillipson (The Black Cauldron, The Great Mouse Detective, Oliver & Company, The Little Mermaid), is on Crescent cold press 300 illustration board. Beautiful scaly colors like airbrushwork! Very high tech for the time period with that control panel!
