I think this is the scene right after she absorbed Sue Storm's powers and then had trouble controlling them. Nice cel, sugah!

A traumatic experience for both! I wonder if it made Cody turn to F.O.H. while Rogue turned to Xavier's. It would be a great callback when season 2 of X-Men'97/'98 comes around.
