In her cover painting for "God of Tarot" Rowena makes it very easy for viewers to root for the dragon, in all its spleandor, to prevail over this basic,robed, humanoid.

I didn't read the book though... so, I'm just judging by looks! The book synopsis explains it this way "A warrior monk faces a dragon serpent"

This painting is for the first book in the "Tarot" series by author Piers Anthony.

Oil on illustration board with an image area of 15.5" x 25.5", matted and open-front framed to 20" x 30".
