This could be a prelim for Bard III which i just posted in my gallery recently. Take a look. At first I thought this prelim only shows a man "vanquishing" sea monsters. But to the left, at waist level to the man it looks like the helmet the lady warrior wears. She may be either crouching down or pinned against the side of the boat by the monsters. In any case this is a very nice piece! I love preliminaries as they document the miriad of ideas the artist was playing with. If I see anymore possibilities for what this is a prelim of I'll add those as comments as well.
