DescriptionI love Gene's pencils. I know many inkers didn't and many inkers couldn't ink him properly...but when someone did...Oh Boy! Although my favorite inker on Gene is Bill Everett, the great Romita Sr. does a very nice job on finishes. Heroes comic con 2024 pick up.Social/Sharing |

What a gorgeous piece, Jeff. Many congrats! Gene's pencils were especially appropriate to titles such as this.

So much mind power on display! Colan expressions were completely solved by Romita here! In his weakened state Doctor Strange now has a new visitor to worry about!

What a beautiful page, and it's a pity that Gene didn't have Romita Sr. as an inker more often. Thanks for sharing this masterpiece Jeff, and congrats!

I'm partial to Palmer myself but that 4th panel is impressive here.

Beautiful page Jeff! I wasn't aware that Romita ever inked Colan. Congratulations...great artistic chemistry at work here.

Romita Sr. is not the first inker that comes to mind when I think of Colan, but this is impressive work by two legends. The three middle panels are particularly eye-catching.
