Beautiful strip by a legend who started out working with other legends. Made his bones with the great Wally Wood at his studio and of course later as a member of the Crusty Bunkers. Not sure if might get overshadowed sometimes because of all the greats he worked for or with. Anyway, nice to see him in the spotlight like this.

This single panel strip just naturally flows and it seems that only the abrupt end of the conversation stops Reese from keep drawing to the right. Very rare for a strip with a planned pregnant pause.

Far cry from the sci-fi stuff I'm used to from Reese, but great art.

Fantastic daily! Love this twist on the Mad Magazine style chained word balloons. There are plenty of admonitions against more than one exchange of words between characters within a single panel in various books on making comics, but this is an excellent example of where it serves the story/gag perfectly
