GI Joe 194, pg. 21: Inks by Juan Castro over SL Gallant blue line. My daughter loves the page because of the dog, Junkyard, but I like how it is full of Joes. They have all just parachuted out of a plane for the secret mission to free Grunt and other civilian hostages. In the top panel is Zap, Gung-Ho, Shockwave (a favorite) and Lady Jaye. In the middle row, Flint and Dialtone get their gear on while the adjacent panels have Mutt, Junkyard, Torpedo, and Dialtone. Junkyard is great in every page he’s in and if anyone has the one where Junkyard is also in a parachute, please upload it! In the lowest panel, we have Shockwave, Roadblock, Flint, Lady Jaye, Gung-Ho, Dialtone, Zap, and Rockn’Roll!

Very cool page that typifies the Hama written GI Joe stories! A deployment of specialists with varying personalities all working towards one goal. Unlike the cartoon or the current series, the focus is spread around with characters that represent all corners of the USA.
