It's named and modelled after the animated series of the time, but Griffith's linework is a lot more complex in the mecha look than even the show.

Ya, Andrew's details on his transformers rivals Alex Milne. Both are at the top of their game as far as transformers artwork goes.

Thanks! I collected Griffith's artwork way back in the day when he first started drawing transformers characters. His art is beautiful. I have more art by him that I will eventually post so please stay tuned!
