DescriptionFor a long time I was never a Don Heck fan. After researching his past art projects I realized how good an artist he really was. Look at his Horror comics and Advertising ads. He really had his own style. When he and Paul Reinman, Dick Ayers, and Larry Lieber really took their time drawingthey were good and had their own style. As much as I love Jack Kirby and Steve Ditko, Don Heck's Tony Stark is the one that I relate to. This piece of art is penciled and inked by Don and I had to have it. The first panel is very powerful. Don Heck is one of the all time greats, and this is a fantastic representation of his work. Sometimes he is overlooked in the pantheon of great comic book artists, but his work is foundational. Congratulations on a great page!

Thanks man. I agree. Have you looked at his horror comics from the 1950's?

Great page! Don Heck puts the cherry on top of the cake with the portrait of his co-creation Natasha in panel five!
