DescriptionElektra by Travis CharestDaredevil #1 Blank Sketch Cover (pencil & ink) Elektra looking serious, contemplative, and perhaps a little bit somber via the pencil & ink stylings of Travis Charest on this blank comic cover sketch piece. She is accompanied by a uniquely styled weapon which I will just dub the "infinity sai". And no TC sketch cover is complete without his stylized word bubble signature! Very happy to finally have a Travis Charest example in my collection, as published pages/covers have eluded me (or at least eluded my top bids!) in the past. A HUGE thank you to my favorite "CAF uncle" the one and only Lance Suarez for making this happen and sending it my way. What a great guy! Social/Sharing |

Coming through a cloud you're cooking Kavi from above

A kind of creature that sketchcover seems to grow in sais
And you feel a strange attraction
The hair is vibrant and Elektra-fied

And a million voices blend into the Marvel Voice
And you got Charest and the glamor of the crowded streets

Is it just me or does it almost seem like Travis is doing these sketch covers exclusively for Lance? Ha! He must have the market cornered on these things. I got one from him too. Must be nice to have a superstar artist at your beck and call. It's like he can order these sketch covers the way you and I would order a pizza. LOL! Anyway, congrats on your first Charest. She's a beauty.

To me, Travis Charest can do no wrong. Love his work--Wish there were more published pieces to choose from! Beautiful sketch cover by Travis--Love your name "Infinite sai" for the weapon Travis gave her. Elektra has always been an interesting character in the Daredevil books. Sometimes the villain, sometimes the hero, but always interesting. Awesome pick-up, congrats!
