DescriptionThrilled to have picked up this 4x6 mini-masterpiece at a late 2022 Daniel Warren Johnson live stream. The man's generosity knows no bounds as he gave away numerous free sketch opportunities to his audience.I requested the Humungus for this free sketch as a complement to the Mad Max and Interceptor 6x9 piece DWJ drew for me in late 2021 (see additional pics). He perfectly depicted the Humungus' menace and intimidating presence and took me back to 1982 when I first saw The Road Warrior in the theater. Anyone who wears a pre-1985 goalie mask is A-Okay with me! Seriously though, 4" x 6" now? This "shrinking ever smaller" trend is getting ridiculous....

There really aren't any "hoops" to jump through, per se. The process is very simple and straight-forward. That there may be perceived hoops is because of how competitive it's become due to the extreme demand.
As for "shrinking ever smaller", we've also taken things the other direction, too. In fact, we've arranged more Wall Power commissions (ranging anywhere in size from 19X24 to 60X60) than 4X6 sketches. So...yeah.
Anyhow, congrats to Mark! We've given away hundreds of sketches and other prizes over the years and look forward to continuing that!

One of my favorite cinematic characters! I had considered this subject for a previous DWJ commission, and this came out just right!
