DescriptionI don't have much to say about this other than Nick is a modern-day master of comic art. You can tell from the scan just how much effort and craft went into this piece and it's even more insane in person. Nick went all out for this one and I was super excited to throw my beloved Chaos comics characters his way. And he did not disappoint!Big thanks to Nick and Felix for making it happen. Dragotta is at the very tippy top of his game right now, and a piece like this showcases exactly why. Amazing illustration, the Lady Death looks bold, sexy. and badass. The Evil Ernie looks deranged, menacing, and creepy in just the right ways. 10 out of 10 commission by Nick! congrats.

Thank you! I'm always curious how these characters will hold up with modern artists and audiences and I agree, Nick nailed them both!

The composition and use of perspective is great to see Evil Ernie moving forward toward us and Lady Death shooting upward with her tall lean figure.

If you've ever seen Bachalo's Evil Ernie Resurrection cover, this is very reminiscent of that. And that's fine with me!
