It has McCarthy's offbeat vision of Dredd and the future in the design of costume and Mega City One. It still shows a toughness and well worn environment with the use of shading and tone.

Thanks good analysis. The use of pencil for a grubby future. The lack of pencil on the visor to make it pop as transparent is great too.
