DescriptionI thought that Pulp Fiction would make for a good commission choice because of Wesley's book, "The Jump", and man, he knocked it out of the park! It's dark and gritty but also immediately recognizable. Not only did he take a memorable and darkly humorous scene from the film, but his execution is perfect!I was thrilled to see Wesley Griffith have a booth at CAL this past weekend. I ended up getting on his commission list and also picked up a couple of his smaller sketchbook pieces that were available. I have been reading his ongoing heist series called “The Jump” and it is outstanding. He is a great visual storyteller and I highly recommend the read. Issue #5 just came out this past March at IC3. Sincere thanks goes out to Wesley for the art! Give Wesley Griffith a follow on Instagram @wesleygriffith_ And check out his shop here: https://wesleygriffithshop.bigcartel.com/ (He even has downloadable artists editions for The Jump!) You need to go in the back seat, scoop up all those little pieces of brain and skull, get it out of there, wipe down the upholstery.

Well believe it now Mothafucka! - Loved Samuel L Jackson in this scene so much. Great idea for a commission piece and he did a BANG up job! ;)

Marvin deserved better! But he'll live in our memories forever thanks to the scene interpreted so excellently in this piece of art.
