Description

Reminiscent of Zeck�s Marvel 30th cover for GI Joe 53, bought from the original commissioner. Coffee stains courtesy of Silvestri. Somehow thematic though I MAY look to restore.

Snake Eyes is a character you rarely see from Silvestri! He brings that crosshatching intensity that gives Snake more assassin ninja fury! Maybe Marc showed it to Larry Hama and he did a spit take at how good this is!

According to the original commissioner, this was the first Snake-Eyes Silvestri did and I've not seen more (but I'd like to. I searched and it brings up a lot of Rob art). But yes, a great fit and such an iconic character.
