Descriptionthis is the variant cover to The Last Boy#1 This book was just released this past year. It tells the story of Peter Pan and his adventures when he goes back to neverland and finds out that things have changed since the last time he was there. the book is produced by Boom Studios, and I am really enjoying it so far (issue 3 was just released) this cover was done by Andrew K Currey, and it is nothing short of spectacular. such beautiful detail done on the ship and captain Hook's famous hook in the fore ground as he shakes it at Peter Pan (who is in the air above the ship) as they continue their never-ending battle. this was done by Andrew K Currey who is represented by Kirby art. I was offered this piece before it was released to the public and jumped on it. I love Andrew's work and finally was able to grab something from him. (his work sells out fast) I can't stop looking at this piece It's everything you would want in a cover. I am getting this framed and hanging it over my desk so I can see it every day. it is 18x24 so you can see every detail in the piece.Social/Sharing |

this cover art is tremendous, and the book sounds pretty interesting as a Peter Pan and pirate story fan myself, I'll have to check this series out - hope the story lives up to the grand adventure vibe I get from this cover art. congrats on the awesome piece, and at that large size it's going to look epic on the wall in any context. congrats!
