DescriptionSince FF issue #2 comes out tomorrow, I thought I'd post two more pages from issue #1 tonight. The four team members have been transported by Sorcerer Supreme Doom through time to four very different eras. The Thing has landed 92 million years in the past, in the Cretaceous Period. So naturally he gets to immediately fight some dinosaurs. After that lighthearted romp, he begins a long arduous journey to the Forever Stone, which is part of the team's strategy in case something exactly like this happens to the four of them. The Thing sees that Johnny has already carved his date in there (since he landed waaaay earlier in history), and proceeds to carve in his own. Two team members down, two to go! Oh, and here is the previous page where the Thing battles dinosaurs: page 15 Social/Sharing |

That's a lot of art detail, fantastic THING art and amazing environmental details. Cheers!

Between the Images of The Thing and the foliage, that's some beautiful line art! But what is it with these FF members getting horny whenever they go back into the prehistoric era? Just like Johnny before him, now it's Ben's turn to write "For a good time, call Ben at...." due to suffering from hypoxia. Damn....

Look up the definition of "autoerotic asphyxiation" and it all makes more sense! ;-p

No need to look it up, plenty of reports about it over the last 25 years has made me very aware of it. And in a bit of "6 degrees of separation", I even know someone who died that way. Man, what a way to go.....

If anyone deserves a little reversal of luck in their life it's Ben! Loving all the detailed linework!
