I remember seeing this on Albert's page and going slack-jawed over everything on it. All the huge and tiny parts of being Spidey in a single, magnificent piece. Pulido's ASM work is so precious and I wish there was more of it.

Absolutely stunnning DPS by Javier Pulido. What a fabulous two-page spread showing an average day in the life of everybody's favorite super-hero. Seeing him alongside the Avengers facing off with Fin Fang Foom is wierd enough, but then you look at his To-Do list and you have to laugh. "Get together with friends. Pick up web fluid ingredients. Wardrobe repair supplies." It's tough being Spider-Man. Great pick-up, congrats!

Gorgeous DPS. I am a big fan of this school of Toth-inspired minimalist art, specifically by Spanish artists like Pulido and Marcos Martin. One can almost see a straight line from Toth to Rude and Mazzuchhelli and this generation of artists.
