Description

19" x 12.75" image area. Ink, watercolor and Zipatone over graphite on Bristol board. 2000 AD Annual #1979 Page 8 original art (Fleetway, 1978). Adrian D. Beeton.

Dazed but unbroken, Dan Dare rises as an alien fist lands. The menace speaks of conquest, but Dare answers with blasters on this page from the revival run of stories that brought back the British Science-Fiction hero in the pages of 2000 AD in 1977 after his original run in Eagle comics in 1967.
