Lovely Dermot Power Judge dredd painting. I contacted Dermot to ask if he could place it but unfortunately he couldn't remember what he did it for! Judging from the date on it (Jan 1995) it looks like some kind of promotional item to do with the unsuccessful Dredd movie.

Fantastic Dredd if memory serves me right this indeed was to do with the dredd movie, stallone dredd and dermots dredd were on the same page in a similar pose .
