Mark told me that this was originally done for Dave Stevens' Rocketeer Magazine but remained unpublished when the book wrapped up. A lovely rendition of the Rocketeer with Betty in distress!

One more time!!! Royd: I had always thought that it was supposed to appear in the Rocketeer Special Edition along with all the other pin-ups by Williamson, Morrow, Stout, Bruce Jones, etc., but that Mark had missed the deadline! :)

I don't see what it matters where the artwork was ti appear, it's a great piece by a great artiist. A very nice pick up. Congrats.
