Description

I got this great commission from Mike through Simon at the Comic Art Live Spring 2022 show. The first issue of Sandman that I bought was #54 because I liked Wildcat, I liked Prez, and I liked Allred's Madman. I thought Allred did a great job drawing Wildcat in that comic even though he was only in a couple of panels. So I decided to get a Wildcat commission from Mike and was fully expecting to wait the usual 3-4 months since he's a busy guy. Lo and behold, he finished in a few days. Apparently, Mike got motivated since his was the first issue of Sandman that I read, and Neil Gaiman had been to his house the week before. Suffice it to say, I got this wonderful Wildcat commission with the bonus of Morpheus added on. I posted a photo on Twitter a few months ago but just got around to making a good scan. Thanks to Mike and Simon for helping me get this beautiful commission.

That looks like a fight poster with Sandman as Don King!

It definitely has a boxing poster look to it :)
