DescriptionI could not pass this page up in the 1990s. Enjoying history, I loved the way that Cockrum and Rubinstein layed out this page with Magneto threatening the world leaders at the time. I still wonder how they (Claremont and his Marvel editors) figured that Kenya and Saudi Arabia were world leaders. We can debate Saudi Arabia with its oil reserves, but I think that India or France would have been much more appropriate as nuclear world powers at the time vice Kenya.Social/Sharing |

I've love what Dave brought to the X-Men. This is a fine example from one of his most important issues!! Byne and Austin were an amazing team, I would have loved to see a Cockrum and Austin run on the title! Congrats!!!

Congrats!!!Interesting point, I'd never thought about what a Cockrum/Austin X-Men issue would look like. Great page!
