This art is from the first story from the first issue of Adrian Tomine's Optic Nerve #1 published through Drawn & Quarterly. He is one of todays modern indy talents. I am currently serching for the following art pieces from Tomine:

Optic Nerve #1, 2 & 4 Covers(Drawn & Quarterly),
"Super-Hero Teens" (from the Saturday Post),
"Optic Nerve" poster (first poster for the series,released in 2000), and
Optic Nerve Mini-Comic Covers #5 & 7 (Self-published).

We seem to have the same tastes in Tomine art. I'm searching the same stuff. Nice page, from one of todays modern masters. The more I look at it, the more I see. Congrats. I'm envious.
