This is such a fun piece! I enjoy the fact that it caused a friendly bidding war between the CAF brass, too. Congrats on being the winner!

Some might say the auction was rigged because of all the insider bidding! But it was one for the ages and I am glad you beat Kasra!!!

What a FANTASTIC piece! I'm just sorry one of you had to lose. Never been to OAX but it would have been worth the price of admission just to witness this bidding war. Speaking of which, when people come to visit and we're going over my art collection, I always tell this one story about my own bidding war with a, then, stranger (and now friend). The next time I see you and/or Kaz, remind me to tell you about it.
