Description

I will admit that I saw this concept somewhere else on CAF and could not remember, or find, who first did this (so who ever did it please forgive me). The idea of a playful Supergirl landing on a jet wing and just having fun basking in the sun was intriguing. I saw Mario's work and asked him to take a shot at the concept. He suggested a fighter jet... imagine an F-18 pilot looking out the canopy at this?

Mario is a pleasure to deal with and I highly recommend him. He sent me several concepts before we agreed on poses. The piece is fully painted, edge to edge on a 16 x 20 inch board... and as you can see there is plenty of great detail... not to mention the great face he gave Supergirl The whole thing took only a couple of weeks, and I was very pleased. I am not a big commission guy, but I intend to have him do more if we can schedule it.
