Starfire's Revenge!
written by Mike Sekowsky

Starfire tried to get her henchman to administer a drug to Supergirl that would nullify her power.
However, the henchman was only partially successful and Supergirl's powers fade in and out.
Here Supergirl is trying to spy on Starfire before her power fades out again.

Supergirl in 7 out of 7 panels? Pretty cool It's interesting that Sekowsky drew them all as head shots though, but it gives us a nice, wide variety of facial expressions to enjoy.

Panel one seems to show a tear in her costume above the "S," but the colorist ignored it. The early 1970s saw DC dialing back on the power levels of all its heroes to make their stories more down to Earth. Diana Prince's "mod" phase was the most famous example. Supergirl graduated college, moved to San Francisco, and entered the workforce but, as shown here, had unreliable abilities for a while.
