Tom is a great guy who does great art- I was a fan of this run! Here is HA's write up

Tom Grindberg and Bill Anderson Silver Surfer #109 Story Page 5 Original Art (Marvel, 1995). Legacy holds on to the Silver Surfer for dearly life as the Sentinel of the Spaceways speeds to his former master, the world-eating Galactus. Ink and white paint over graphite on Marvel Bristol board with an image area of 10.5" x 15.75". Text paste-ups, taped page number paste-up at the bottom, with light adhesive staining and handling wear. In Very Good condition. Bonus sketches on the back.
