Description

Whilst not a fan of "The Last Laugh", a fairly dire multipart crossover in 2001, I DID like the flashback scenes in Nightwing 62, a wonderfully retro sequence showing Batman and Robin versus the Joker in a typical caper.

Here though, Dick recalls how the Joker descended from eccentric menace to all out psycho, and the shooting of Barbara Gordon.

Terrific art here from Staz Johnson, with a great panel of Batman leaping through a window to Robin's rescue.
