DescriptionFrank Cho has shown his incredible talents in a variety of genre from humor, to sci-fi, and more recently his superhero work. My favorite (so far) has to be his fantasy work, and this illustration based on ER Burroughs Mars work is one of the earlier pieces that I saw from him in that genre. It was featured in Frank Cho Illustrator, and I believe it was also used as a cover to the National Panthans Journal. I remember marveling at Frank's mastery of dynamic anatomy, the energy of the twisting figures, and the great composition of the piece. And yeah, the women are nice too! I don't collect art with nudity, but I had to make one exception because it is Frank, and because this is one of my favorite pieces from him. I've coveted this piece for years, so my thanks to Mr. Ray Cuthbert for agreeing to sell this beauty to me!Social/Sharing |
