DescriptionKirby Everett...a great combination--the only panel without Thor has a sweet shot of Princess Python! Also features a strong message from Thor on this end page.Social/Sharing |

Amazing. In 16 years of collecting, this is only the second page I've seen to this issue. Great inks, great villains, congrats!

In my opinion Everett is Kirby's best inker along with Royer, superb page!

not quite, but almost as if some of the panels were directed by Stanley Kubrik. Thor by Kirby will allways be awesome and you are quite the lucky collector to have these great examples.

You have a fantastic collection of Kirby/Everett Thor pages Mark. This one is my favorite of them, because of 1.) Princess Python 2.) the great computer hidden in the weapon in panel one 3.) the last three panels and Thor's speech about mankind. I love the middle panel where Thor is spinnig Mjolnir. Wow!
Looking back now, I have to say what an impression comics had on me as a boy - teaching me morality. I think it was the same for all of us who had the privilege of growing up during the Silver Age.

Thanks for the super thoughtful comment - I am a bit disappointed that some important folk missed learning about morality vs. money, maybe they didn't read the same comics we did?
